Re: The Truth about Sports: Athletes are not heroes
Logically speaking I'm guessing probably both, as every after game is before the next game.

Re: This article sucks
Wow, what a load of crap. I used to try to convert non-gamers into video game nerds like me but I gave that up after a while. Hopefully these efforts at self-conversion do not last too long. From the comments page: "Help! My current boyfriend and me got in a huge text message agument over sport...

Re: sports
sports embodies everything that America stands for, COMPETITION. Suck it up and learn to love it, twerps. WRONG. Sports lovers are unpatriotic, anti-American cowards. They hate America. They weaken this great country by diverting its attention away from important issues onto silly entertainment. :!...

Re: I hate sports here is why
if said kid refuses to participate, you think he/she should still pass the class? and your number of 50 percent of people like sports because they're scared is a bit much Ideally if you don't participate in a class you don't pass it, but ideally gym shouldn't be a graded class. Kind of evens things...

Re: Sports ruining TV
Unfortunately, there's not much we can do. I guess the regular networks can air whatever they want. At least you can go to more specialized channels though, like CN.

Re: The Truth about Sports: Athletes are not heroes
I didn't mean the athletes did it with sports. They have a lot of money, thus allowing them to give to charity, help out in the community, etc. I'm not going to question their motives, but it certainly makes benevolence easier when you do it through money rather than actual work on it. Dwyane Wade ...

Re: Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal
Warcraft still is an RTS, you can find new copies of the battlchest, but it has an MMORPG series as well. I got much more into the RTS games than the RPGs, I have beaten every RTS but only got to about level 39 in the MMORPG. Knights, Archers and Mages trinity gets so boring. I've heard good things ...

Re: Another year
Yeah, being a sports fan alone doesn't make you stupid. But I think the stereotype probably exists because sports fans are a significant majority in this country, and as a result it tends to make them be associated with the herd mentality. That, and sports events can attract a bad element, like peop...

Re: The Truth about Sports: Athletes are not heroes
And I'm willing to bet there are some athletes who have made more of a difference than your parents. Funny, because athletes will be the first ones to tell you they're not heroes, and the first ones to thank the troops overseas. Oh really? If that's the case then they SAY their not heroes bu...

Re: Another year
You talk as if sports fans think sports are life or death. They are simply a means of entertainment, and something you can enjoy and not think about lifes' problems. Doesn't mean sports fans don't get it. Most presidents are sports fans. You "get it" more so than them? I agree, for the mo...

Re: Another year
Yes, i dont expect this year to be any different. Like i understand the important things in life, and I am not one of the sheep. BAHHHHH!!! Time to watch the BAAAAAHHHH-LLL GAAAAA-AME!!! . Haha, now that's clever! I still have some optimism left for the new year since it has only begun. But in all ...

What religion (or lack thereof)
What religious identity would you consider yourself to fit into best? I'd say agnostic for me.
