Re: REVEALED - The True Nature of a Hard Core Sports Nut...
Yes, so can we stop fighting, please? Some sportstard comes in here, takes a couple of pot shots, believes he's "shown us who's boss" by using stock insults...
...And now we're fighting because of some miscommunication.
You going to let a failed troll win?

Re: NOTICE! Wikipedia Will Stage 24 Hour Blackout In Protest
Well, now that we've dealt with SOPA and PIPA, next on the agenda is ACTA. :| ACTA is like SOPA on steroids. After signing a petition to stop it, I got the following e-mail, which I'll paste here. Last week, 3 million of us beat back America's attack on our Internet! --- but there is an even bigger ...

Re: NOTICE! Wikipedia Will Stage 24 Hour Blackout In Protest
SOPA and PIPA can be explained this way:
Someone in a neighbourhood robs a bank. The authorities find out who did it and where he lives. The whole neighbourhood is punished.
That's pretty much how it would work if the "logic" of SOPA was applied to other laws.

Re: NOTICE! Wikipedia Will Stage 24 Hour Blackout In Protest
Wow. We just won. From the Associated Press: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said he was postponing a test vote set for Tuesday "in light of recent events." So, in other words, because of all of us. Absolutely amazing. Demand Progress has been fighting this legislation for more...

Re: NOTICE! Wikipedia Will Stage 24 Hour Blackout In Protest
I trust everybody is signing the petitions and sending e-mails to Congress, etc? If not, why not? Maybe this will get your ass in gear -- they've already started, even though the hearing hasn't happened yet! Here's an e-mail I read from demandprogress.org this morning: Yes, we know -- another email....

Seemed to be more or less random to me. I'll have to try and remember to check, myself.
...But I won't be able to do anything, as Ray is the one who handles all the forum upgrades. Not sure if an upgrade would do anything, however, but it needs one, anyway.

It's like he bet his entire life savings, his house, his car, and all of his posessions on them winning. If he did that, then it would make sense for him to get all upset. I fully agree with every word the guy at the end says. Hell yeah!

lawl muppet secks!
I actually played Angry Birds for the first time a couple of days ago on my friend's PS3. I vaguely recognised the name, but I didn't know what it was (yes, you read right). That game is too addictive for it's own good!
