Sounds like confusion. Mercury is pretty bad in swordfish and shark still (though I know very few people who eat those). But tuna steak is overall safe unless you eat it everyday. Canned tuna has even less than tuna steaks...and if you get the cans labeled "Chunk Light" you have even less....

While I'm not in the least surprised at the difference between Earth and the Sun, the part that is surprising is that different stars have such huge size differences between them. Our sun is tiny compared to those others. Something I don't recall hearing about before.
