Pretty much. In general. Yes.
It's like, when I was a kid, I idolized several rock stars. I went to their concerts, put posters of them on my bedroom wall, and wanted to be just. like. them. But then, one day I grew up and realized that there was something awkward and weird about idolizing other men. I realized III was a man and had my own responsibilities. I still like the music that I used to but I no longer want to be anyone else. And I wouldn't go out of my way to see those "rock stars" in person now. I'm not a groupie.
I don't want to wear another man's jersey like sports fans do.

Well said Ray. Anybody that idolizes celebrities and entertainers are sheep, and nobody displays more sheepish behavior than sports fans. Like a wise man once said, "The masses are asses".
