No. Atheism denies the existence of Satan (also known as the devil), as well as the existence of God or any other spiritual being who is superior to man. Satanists worship the being Satan instead of God and do what they believe Satan wants them to do.

I know some Satanists who say they don't believe in god or the devil, they are pretty much Atheists.
