Actually, it's quite easy. For example, I left home at the age of 22 and lived alone until I got married. I ate cereal for breakfast, and sometimes used a Presto-Burger (which simply was a mold for raw shredded hamburger meat that provided heat for cooking the hamburger meat). For all of my other meals, I ate out because I could afford to eat out and because I had no desire to learn how to cook.
