that's funny --doing such a thing didn't even occur to me. That WOULD be funny. Hey, Skul, let's do that to Ivy League. Let's make him say we are the bestest admins anywhere and that he hates sports, ESPECIALLY basketball! :)

Ivy League, you are paranoid. No one is avoiding you. The thing is I don't care what you think and don't have to answer any accusations or defend myself. And sportsrox is not a "mule". He's had a change of heart thanks to his interaction with Fatman and Earl. That's all. PM him.

Eh, you're forgetting the small influence of me...

And, indeed, Ivy League, you've been doing nothing but clogging up this forum with your god damned bullshit. I was getting sick of it myself, but I didn't want to say anything due to the fact that it would've been a redundant thought. Thankfully, your tyranny is going to be put to an end since your former ally is now on our side.
I guess the saying holds true..
The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Enough with the false accusations.

Why would two adults create a false account with "13 years old" in the profile? They'd be setting themselves up for trouble.
It makes NO sense and neither do you.

This thread is getting awfully close to just being longer than it needs to be...

God... he's more paranoid than a traumatized Vietnam War veteran...

I'm not surprised though, since sports rox1234 has cleaned up vocabulary, sentence fluency, and many aspects and views of his posts on a positive note. I never knew he'd pick up on it this quick though. I was expecting a few more days between the incedent and the reaction.
But I guess he just can't use logic, now can he? He can't back up his little conspiracy theory and attacks with any type of proof of sports rox1234's acount being hacked and used as a disguise in order to get back at him for his inane and lax speech. This spamming is nothing but tomfoolery, and should stop immediately. It may be minorly irritating when I'm just getting pissed at it, but it's a major problem when you get me AND the Admins, along with the others, pissed. I swear his days are numbered...

Poison Ivy should just be banned. We don't need people like him on these forums. And also blackdog444 you are right he doesn't have any proof the admins were hacking my account. When I asked him for some proof he totally ignored my post. And I don't believe for one second that he has decent grades and if he really does sports players always get better grades even if they really would have failed the test or quiz. It's like they get special treatment or something from the teachers and those teachers who do give them special treatment should be fired.

I also want to add that he says that he has so many friends but he doesn't realize that those people probably talk about him behind his back about how much of an idiot he is.The last thing I want to bring up is poison ivy says that he isn't on here that much because he is reaserching a bunch of "crap" for school. If he was as intelligent as he thinks he is he wouldn't be calling the stuff that has to research a bunch of crap.I know that when I have to research something for school I just research the topic and accept that I have to do it so I can get a good grade. Sometimes the topic that I am researching can actually be pretty fun to read about! Poison ivy is an idiot!

Nah! Let's not ban Poison Ivy!

Let him stay around and make a fool of himself, so I can have fun tearing him a new one every now and then.

These monkey-boys are a never ending source of amusement for me.

Well i don't really feel like "re-writing" what i said, in it's entirety.. But basically I talked about my little brother and how he's autistic; And how sports has been exciting for him, more competitively has changed his life. It has been one of the most inspiring activities for him. Sports/league's/Colorado special Olympics has done incredible things for him and others.

And i'm not making this up about his sports enjoyment; lol at home, when i say "league game" or, "basketball game" or "soccer game" my bro is the first one to the car haha

It just seems pathetic that they feel the need to delete it(they will probably delete this one eventually)

And alot of people have accused sports fans such as myself as being non-open-minded; A bit hipocritical eh?
I'll take a stab at this. IvyLeague, you need to go back and reread the middle paragraph on the front page of http://www.sportssuck.org, because I am not going to reiterate it here. Once you've done that, what I am about to say next will make sense to you.

So, your autistic brother plays sports as a positive experience? Well, I think that's good for him if he derives happiness out of it. I'm also betting that sports for mentally handicapped people has a much different attitude placed on the game. Or, if he plays with non-handicapped kids, I am sure he's treated differently.

-I'm sure that your brother's league or team doesn't have people betting on him at work.

-I'm sure that your brother's team isn't led by a bunch of meat-eating, sniveling coaches who compete to win so viciously they and your brother's team members make him feel like shit for screwing up a play in the game that costs his team a point. And if they are or do, then you are only proving my point further.

-I'm also sure if he's playing with other handicapped kids, that sportsmanship is touted with the idea that 'everyone's a winner'.

Now, in especially with that last thing being said, let's separate that reality from professional sports.

I know you already get where I'm going with this, and I know you get my point. This site isn't about an all encompassing hatred of sports, and I think you know it.

This site is about a certain mindset that sports fans have against non sports fans, and the way they regard and treat us, and persecute us. Yes, persecute.
You are dealing with a forum where people come to vent about this. You have to understand that. You want us to feel great about your brother, why don't you try addressing some of the issues other folks have had on this site?

If you don't get that point by now, you never will. Perhaps you are someone who just enjoys stirring a shit storm to make people react, and that you like to argue for the sake of arguing. If your reply is anything remotely along the lines of trying to at least meet me halfway on my viewpoints, then I will know you are not that type of person.

If you however continue with the 'haha, lol, u suck' attitude, then I will know for sure that talking to you in a civilised adult fashion is a waste of time. I've been wrong before, but I doubt I am now.

(I'll introduce myself to you in the Topic you started, "A Challenge to Sports Fans," in which you have made your debut.) I have to say this without further delay, as this is the first time today that I have had an opportunity to make a post: Wow! I'm quite impressed with your response to Ivy league's Topic. (Some of us call him Poison Ivy in nonmalicious jest. :) ) You're quite perceptive and analytical in your thinking, you're well-informed, and you do a better job expressing our point of view than I do. You're clearly a strong voice for this website; so I hope that you'll be posting often.

Indeed. Millhouse, you are a good defender for this joint as so is Fat Man, Ray, Skul, etc. and I. I dearly wish the same as Earl does that you post more often. It's interesting to hear your logic.

And, also, you're doing an effortless job, along with the rest, at bringing this guy down yet reassuring him that no, we are not against his autistic brother's happiness found in sports. It's ok if someone who has been constantly scavenged due to the fact he has such a challenge finds happiness in sports, but when a beast of a person becomes absorbed enough into the crap that he/she just has to enforce it via persecution against people such as us, it's intolerable.
Professional sports enforcement = not okay.
People such as his brother playing sports = definitely a plus. It's a well deserved break for them. [I would know since my mother used to work with handicapped people. The poor women never got a break. :? ]
