You know??? You're really not so polite!
You seriously need to change your name.
Now, I'm not polite. So, I don't use a name implying that I'm polite.
Me, I'm fat and sassy!
That's because I'm a big fat bitch!
You got that? MORON???

I'm going to make a big reply to dickfilthy but i don't have the for it right now. Meanwhile let me just say I'm just sick and tired of Fat Man's untrue claim that the majority of athletes end up with jobs like bagging groceries. Two of the most successful members of my father's high school class were also the two best football players. One of them played football at West Virginia University and became an Academic All American, a Phi Beta Kappa member, and a Rhodes Scholar finalist. He played in the NFL for a few years and has been an executive for several sports teams since then. The other one played at Harvard and is now a millionare who runs his own mutual fund.

I don't give a flying fuck about jocks! OK?
I had said in my post the following . . . . .
Fat Man wrote:And of course, those who are unable to become professional athletes, they end up bagging groceries and the only entertainment they can afford is to sit around the house watching football or basketball on TV and getting drunk on cheap beer.
I was referring to those who were NOT able to become professional athletes.
Our schools only offer two options. If you're physically fit enough and athletic, then for you, the schools have sports, and if you're lucky you get to play football or basketball in college, and if you're really lucky, you get into professional sports.
The second option is for those who are no good at sports, those who are not athletic. Since our schools no longer teach anything, then the only option for them is bagging groceries.
DAMN! You really have piss-poor reading comprehension!
Also, in the post you're referring to I had said the following . . . . .
Fat Man wrote:Those of us who know too much, like me for example: we get beaten and bullied around, have our lives threatened, then some of us might suffer an emotional or mental breakdown as a result and spend a few weeks in the Ha Ha Hospital and get beaten some more and eventually raped, then we go on disability and draw a meager disability pension which just barely keeps us alive from one month to the next.
I notice that you just simply ignore that issue, and let it fly over your head like it is nothing.
Neither you or
Polite24 will address that issue.
You're both like the Holocaust deniers who deny that the Nazi Holocaust of the Jews ever happened.
Now I don't know what your schools are like, but for me, it was no piece of Baklava!!!

Do you know what a mutual fund is? I think you are a bit out of your element there. Are you trying to say he runs a mutual fund company? or he owns mutual funds? or are you just misquoting what someone was telling you?
See, a mutual fund is a collection of stocks. You don't run them. You might run a company that assembles mutual funds and tries to market them. Or you might sell mutual funds. Or you might own mutual funds.

I guess I read it too fast and missed what you were referring to. But you still make similar statements in your signature.

You still didn't make any comments in response to the following . . . . .

That's because you just don't give a fuck, since you're a Fascist Nazi Holocaust denier!

Your description of what happens to nonathletic people is a bit over the top. I know plenty of unathletic people who are doing just fine mentally and physically.
I feel sorry for what happened to you, but that's not how it is for everyone.

UNATHLETIC??? DID YOU SAY UNATHLETIC!!!
No such word, MORON!!!
You had it right the first time when you said nonathletic.
But you really blew it when you said unathletic!
Go back to Kindergarten and play with your ABC blocks!
Not only do you suck at numbers, you also suck at words!!!
The only way nonathletic students can make it is only if they are fortunate enough to go do a decent school. But if a nonathletic student is going to a school that places more emphasis on sports than on education, then a nonathletic student is SOL! Shit Outta Luck!
In the meantime . . . . .

I knew what a mutual fund was. And I believe he is a fund manager, where he is in charge of selecting the stocks that will go into the fund.

Yes, thankyou Greencom, thankyou Rotten, and thankyou Fat Man. You guys get it.
Detroit/Polute24, it looks like you are going to be the last one left standing that doesn't actually get it. As I said in my last post to you, all your points are old ones that have already been covered. So all your points, and I'm sure all your future points, could be answered with various quotes that already exist. But I've got better things to do with my time than to go down the path of re-quoting everything back to you ad nauseam, because I'm sure you'd still be going around in circles 50 pages later if I did that. D/P, if you don't believe me, then re-read Rotten's and Fat Man's great explanations on page 6. They get it.

Think about this: if the NBA is really not the best basketball league, why do the best players from everywhere (including Australia) try to play in it? Why is it that Michael Jordan is a global icon as famous as any celebrity or politician, instead of random Australian Basketball League player guy who'd never make it in the NBA?
Sportsguy, I really don't think you can imagine how incredibly dull that kind of talk is to a sports hater. To a sports hater, that kind of talk is like listening to a couple of 5 year old kids discussing who is better - Batman or Superman. Sports talk is really just the grown ups version of that.
There must be thousands of sporting websites out there where you can have such conversations, and you really need to go to them if you like having such conversations.
