International I Hate Sports Club

I don't have to do sports anymore at my school! It's great isn't it? I complained to the principal and told her P.E. =/= Sports and I don't have to play sports doing P.E.! Sure I am alone, but I get the will to go anywhere I want! Worth being alone during sports.

Congratulations, Sergey! As I've said before many times, traditional sports-centered P.E. does not encourage nonathletic kids to become physically fit, but actually discourages them from engaging in any physical activity.

My grade is not on the line. Because I do everything but the sports. P.E. is exercise, but sports is a Neanderthal type of game.

Several decades ago The Houston Post carried a medical column by a doctor who claimed that the human body is not designed to play football. To borrow the line from a certain TV commercial that advertised a particular margarine, it's not nice to fool Mother Nature. In other words, severe injuries sometimes result, some of which last for many years. Not exactly the best way to become physically fit.

Mother Nature is a harsh mistress. She destroyed the dome in Texas, that had football players in it!


They aren't kidding about Mother Nature!
