International I Hate Sports Club

You know how DSF aka Polite used to post the 99% crap or "millions upon millions" deal and never produced any numbers? WELL HERE YA GO! [someone doesn't know how to use Google] These are all based on the U.S. population.

Those are only a couple of the charts, but you can browse the side options to the right. I'd look for more but I don't wanna start just setting up random links - just makes me feel like one of those fail spammers that comes around once in a while.

That's VERY interesting. So less than half of American adults are interested in sports. THAT'S good news. I KNEW most people only tolerated that BS.

The demographic breakdown is interesting too --whether you're rich or poor, black, white, or other, about half of each group likes sports. That's worth pondering... what is it that crosses class lines so uniformly?

46% follow sports "very" or "somewhat" closely. Ouch!

When I was in high school, most of the sports fans that I personally knew were MORONS!!!

Same was true when I went to college.

You keep forgetting. I'm 57 years old, soon to be 58, so I have lived enough years to have known far more sports fans than you have known.
