Self-defense 101

I think it's important for all of us, in these days of increased threat, to know how to defend ourselves. For that reason I thought I'd share this move I learned from watching Karate Kid.
In this picture I am demonstrating a choke hold on Samdaman. Don't worry about Sam. I let him go after a good beatdown and he's OK.
