My last post
well, for the most part. I'll still make a post from time to time.
When I got here this forum was for the most part dead, so I did get a rise out of some of you.
However, at the beginning i saw a point, but I no longer see one. You guys being against something so harmless is weird and very selfish. One person made the point that doing away with athletes would give them more useful jobs, like being a doctor, or astronaut, or fighting aids. That's all fine and well, but a lot of these athletes don't have the money to get into college unless it's on scholarship, because they are poor and grew up in a bad neighborhood. I don't expect people who whine about even hearing sports and talk about it as suffering to understand that though.
Why do you guys hate sports? I don't know. For many of you I know for a fact it's because you weren't apart of that clique in high school, and now you are forever bitter towards sports. The rest of you, I really don't know. Some of you just plain out don't like sports, and there's a few of you that kind of seem on the weird side.
The bottom line is, NOTHING WILL CHANGE. You act like sports are harming people, when in reality, aside from sports injuries, they only help. The economy is terrible. With numerous amount of sports leagues there are from high school to pro do you realize how many jobs that creates? Not only do you have the coaches and players, you also have front office, your announcers, people that work in the stadium, people that do ticket sales. Sports create a very, very large amount of jobs. 50 people(im being generous here, you guys have about 5-10 that seem dedicated) aren't going to overcome billions upon billions of people across the world who absolutely love sports. Hate sports all you want, but be realistic guys.
When some of you think of someone saying they don't watch sports as triumphant, you know you're in trouble.
I'm willing to bet you guys have gave up on this in 10 years.

Re: My last post
I certainly hope this is your last post. Good bye and good riddance!
By the way, if you weren't a "brain dead sports fan" you might have noticed that there's actually over 80 of us, and there is two guys I know in real life that doesn't like sports out of 200 plus one who doesn't like them in general but makes an exception for BMX, hopefully that means there's about 60-90 million of us globally. Not quite the number I hoped for but okay anyway. And that's only counting men. With women the number may actually be a majority.
Also, perhaps we should give people scholarships on the basis of suffering, instead of being in sports. And since you're whining and complaining about, "OMG! These guys don't care about sports, WAAAHHH!," maybe you should think twice about making another comment like that.

Looks like he's still posting. Guess he feels he has to do that because gosh darn it, we STILL haven't been converted!

Yes, it really is JUST A GAME.
Re: My last post
Yup, the secular religion has not been spread to all yet.

Re: My last post
Me neither, natmanhan. Samdaman was totally missing from the short bus! He was the most retarded of the jackasses I've seen on here so far.
Re: My last post
Samdaman could be pretty entertaining, but sometimes he got to be too much, at least for me. His constant screeching idiocy bored me sometimes.

Re: My last post
He unofficially got our Most Persistant Troll Ever award and is the only sports bore ever to receive the title of Total Retard. We eventually got sick of him and banned him.
I love how he always tried to make us feel inferior, especially by saying how he showed this site to various people (meaning nobody) and saying they laughed their heads off.
"i showed this site too my parents, my teachers, my butt-buddies, my psychiatrist and my invisable freind joom-joom the pink llama and they all laughed at u nerds!!!!! lmao!!!!!!"
(Flatly) Oh... I feel so insignificant.

Re: My last post
Samdaman was one of those sports lovers who was so blind that he didn't even see himself as the slightest bit stupid! He was WAY TOO CONFIDENT!!! Must've also didn't want to admit he his self was a nerd and was calling us that to make his self feel better. Classic bully.
Re: My last post
It's hilarious this guy tries to make a big deal by leaving and ends up coming back. Gotta love sports-fans..nah not really.

"We believe in Vader, the Darth almighty, destroyer of Alderaan and the Sith. We believe in Luke, his only son, our Jedi. He was concieved by the power of the Force, and born of the senator Padme. Suffered under Darth Sidius, electrocuted, survived and partied with Ewoks. He descended to the Death Star, on the third hour he flew out in an Imperial ship and landed on Endor. He is seated on the right hand of Obi-Wan's ghost. He will come again to train Leia to be a Jedi. We believe? in Yoda.........

So we'll see you tomorrow Ray?
You might be a sports fan/jerk if...
You've ever started a sentence with "Buddy of mine..." or "I got a buddy..."
