Re: Religion and Sports -very interesting
Don't know how this slipped my mind and I never used it in my argument, but many of these football players that commit crimes are born and raised in the ghetto and they are around that type of behavior their whole childhood and it just never gets out of them. That is much more likely to blame for th...

Re: THANKS TO FOOTBALL, MANY WOMEN HATE ALL MEN!!!

I'm almost mad at the stereotype there. There's a black man walking across the street, better lock my doors fast! You guys complain about...

Re: 7 Things "Good Parents" Do (That Screw Kids Up for Life)
You act as if smoking a little weed and having sex is some horrible thing. Kids are going to be kids. And many of the kids that did that growing up are just fine now. I know quite a few of them.

Re: Religion and Sports -very interesting
So many professional football players are rapists? Quick, name 3.
I realize that some athletes get in their trouble with the law, but when the majority are doing good things(that don't get talked about because the media loves controversey), you sound ignorant making that statement.

Sports fans are bad people, but here you guys are making judgements about a large group of people in which you don't even know most of.
What makes you any better?

Your timing is good though. There was a World Cup in 06, and they're every four years so there will be one starting June 2010.

Re: Baseball Is Gasping Its Last Gasp
Defense of monkey boy players? An athlete does a bad thing and it reflects the majority, there are a far higher number of athletes doing good things and they just are doing it for the publicity. As if you can get into the minds of guys you've never met. One of the main reasons why I rarely come here...

Re: Last thing you Watched/Read.
Fat Man, I read your book review and it did look like a very interesting book and one I'd actually consider reading. Could something like that happen in the future? It's an interesting question, as I was just thinking the other day how almost everything these days is automated and so much communica...

Re: Last thing you Watched/Read.
Yeah, I asked him to recommend me some 1980s rap songs and he never gave me them. I get the feeling our friend Polite27 is not a very reliable individual... Look up RUN DMC or Wu-Tang Clan. To be honest 80's rap really isn't my style since i was born in 91, and the 80's was when rap was in it's inf...
My fault
Before I read any recent posts, I haven't been on because my computer was running bad and it had to get fixed. I say that because I know Fat Man had something he wanted me to read and I'm probably catching a lot of heat in some thread because I haven't done it. Fat Man, I have no idea where that lin...

Re: Mr Basketball Arrested for Shoplifting!
So when an athlete does something bad, it's reflective of all athletes, but when a athlete does something good it gets scoffed at?
