Thanks a lot for the congratulations, Fat Man, HugeFanOfBadReligion and The Imperialist. I suppose I'm just addicted to this website. Can't get enough of the anti-sports standing! These overblown games need a bit of talking down, and here is the place where it's going to happen!
But seriously, it's an honour to be part of this little-acknowledged yet intelligent and independent forum. I have seen too many people, including myself, being brought down because they lacked high levels of physical competence. People are judged nowadays based on their interest in sports - if you're not into them, you're a reject. You're an outcast. People do not deserve to feel that way over something so trivial, but it happens, and it makes me sad to know how vicious people can be over something that's meant to be "fun". Not fun for all of us, though, which is something those narrow-minded boneheads cannot grasp.
So, I thank you for this thread, and I guarantee many more posts from me yet.
