OK boys and girls! Now this is really sick!!!

Recently I had posted an article about an overweight family living in the UK who's chubby kids are taken away from their fat parents, and how we fat people are discriminated against in the UK.

Now the UK has come up with another new innovation. This one is really smart.

This is how the UK deals with some forms on mental illness involving self-harm, a program called assisted self-harming!!!

Patients who self-harm are being allowed to cut themselves in hospitals and mental health units as part of a ground-breaking approach to help them hurt themselves more safely.

Care plans are drawn up for patients, detailing the circumstances in which they are allowed to cut themselves. Patients must agree, for example, to seek help from nurses if their wounds require professional dressing. Other methods of so-called "assisted self-harm" involve giving patients sterile blades. Some nurses stay with patients as they self-harm.

Medical professionals who support the controversial method of treatment argue that those determined to self-harm should be helped to minimize* the risk of infection from dirty blades. But others believe helping patients self-harm goes against their code of ethics.

Ian Hulatt, mental health adviser for the Royal College of Nursing, said: "It is a very complex and confusing issue, but then, so is the phenomenon of someone hurting themselves to feel better."

OK, now let's see if I got this straight.

If I'm an overweight parent, I might have my kids taken away from me by the state.

If any of my kids get a little bit too fat, that kid can be taken away from me by by the state.

If I give my fat kid an ice cream cone or any candy, I can be punished by the state, and the fat kid also gets punished by the state.

But if I have a kid who has a mental illness of some sort, and he is into self-harm, cutting himself with a razor blade, I would want to get some psychological help so that my kid would not self-harm.

But no!

Instead, he will be allowed to self-harm under medical supervision. They will provide my kid with sterile razor blades so he won't get an infection when he cuts himself with it.

Gee! Now that's awfully nice of them!

Oh! But I must NEVER give my kid an ice cream cone, or any candy, or any kind of treat, because my kid might get fat, and the state will take my kid away from me!

But I may give my kid sterile razor blades. Now that's OK.

I'm sorry, but I'm finding it very hard NOT to be prejudice against the Brits.

It's no wonder the USA kicked their collective ass in the Revolutionary War when we won our independence from the British back in 1776.

Of course not all people in the UK are that dumb, except for some of the people in political offices.

But it is a known fact that there is a lot of fat prejudice in the UK, an example given in my topic about the overweight women attacked and brutally beaten by another passenger on a train in London. She was attacked just for being fat, and then, my other topic about overweight children being taken away from their parents.

It has even happened here in the USA as well, but the first time I have ever heard of overweight children being taken away from their parents was in News articles from the UK.

You're right. Not all people in the UK are stupid. Just your politicians and people in authority, just as here in the USA we also have stupid politicians and people in authority. Our Bush administration being a prime example.

Or perhaps the smarter ones in positions of authority just don't have enough votes to keep unwise legislation from being passed into laws. Either way, it just doesn't look good.

Sometimes I do say things without thinking.

The 53 year old lady riding the train home in London who was beaten by thugs just for being fat, she is an innocent victim who happens to be a citizen of the UK.

I shouldn't have made the comment about "stupid Brits" because many British citizens are only innocent victims of their insane and stupid bureaucracies.

Also, the overweight parents who had their chubby kids taken away by the state, they were innocent victims of another insane bureaucracy.

So, for me to say "stupid Brits" would be like saying all Americans are stupid because we had Bush as a President. But we did get smart by not voting Republican this time around.

Stupid bureaucrats would have been a more appropriate comment.

At first, shortly after 911, I did think he was doing a good job.

But over the years, and now recently hearing about how the USA began torturing prisoners, I could not support the Bush administration any longer. Sorry.

I say, if the prisoners are found to be guilty of terrorist acts in a court of law, then execute them, but we should be above using torture.

I voted for Obama, but if in the future he should stray from the principles of the Constitution, then he would also lose my support as well.

He already has. Anyone who chooses to be either a Democrat of Republican is straying from the Constitution. Both parties violate the constitution and continue to make laws that violate our freedom. The point of the constitution was to make us free, not to break us into debt that we can't pay off or to tell us what we can or can't do in our home.
It's too big, it's just too big. The government has more employees then any other type of business (the second is all restaurants combined)

My company puts out a product, so we can make money and stay profitable.

Now, what product does the government put out? There is no product.

They don't have to make a profit.

How do they make money to pay all those employees?

Now there are plans to raise taxes on certain food items. Obesity has become the new tobacco and we fat people have bacome the new "N" word, and we will ALL lose our freedoms in the name of fighting the so-called "Great Obesity Epidemic" and we have already begun to see the beginnings of a new dictatorship.

Back in 2008, a straight A student was suspended from school for buying candy, a bag of Skittles from another student. As a result of the suspension, he was unable to attend a special honers dinner for the best students.

Just do a Google search for Student Suspended For Skittles and you will come up with many web pages covering the News story.

In some schools, a kid bringing lunch from home gets his/her lunchbox searched for contraband, such as a cupcake or a candy bar, and it's taken away, and the kid gets sent home with a letter to the parents. This is in the name of health and fitness and fighting the obesity epidemic.

We're losing our freedoms.

When I was a kid, my mother packed my lunchbox for me. It was mostly healthy foods, 2 sandwiches, some carrot and celery sticks for vegetables, an apple or an orange or some grapes for fruit, and a dessert like a cupcake or a candy bar, and I would have a thermos bottle with some fruit juice in it.

But now, a kid taking a lunch to school gets his/her lunchbox inspected for contraband. Our schools under a Fascist dictatorship, and being in possession of a candy bar is now worse than drug possession.

Then, if you're an overweight parent, or if your kids are a little bit too chubby, the state steps in and takes your kids away.

Being overweight is a crime, and the Nanny Government wants to protect our children from anything harmful like, cupcakes or candy bars.

Instead, we will give them sterile razor blades and allow them to self-harm under medical super vision.



Now kiddies! Isn't that much better than eating all that candy and sweets?

Yeah, we must never allow children to harm themselves, so we can't let them have any candy or anything that might make them fat.



Yeah! What about warning kids that when the go out on Halloween trick or treating to be aware of sick people putting straight-pins in candy or razor blades in apples, you dumb fucks!!!

But NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Instead, we will allow children to cut themselves with razor blades to do self-harm, under medical supervision of course. Yeah! No candy, or cup-cakes, and no ice cream, but they may have razor blades to cut themselves!

Hey! I have another brilliant idea!

In addition to medically supervised self-harm, how about medically supervised bullying!!!

In our high schools, the jocks will be allowed to bully the nerds and geeks around, but it must be done under medical supervision. They may inflict pain, but it must be done in such a way so as not to leave any scars or visible injuries. Jocks will be instructed on how to apply pressure to various parts of the body to inflict the most pain possible without leaving any bruises or any sign of injury.

Yeah! That's the ticket!

I mean, like really!!!

As long as we're talking about medically supervised self-harm, then why not medically supervised ways to inflict pain on other people without leaving any visible signs! The jocks and the bullies would really go for that!!!

And of course, Governments will allow, and even require this, because it's for our own good, you know.

Yeah! It doesn't get any better than that!

OK there's something totally wrong with taking fat kids away from their parents, especially since for the longest time before a few years ago being fat showed wealth.

It's thanks to the rise in overweight-fat kids in the UK and US, but still, even if that statistic goes higher, that's never a cool reason to take kids away.

And no comment on helping people hurt themselves properly, other than people will give into anything as a trend or condition these days.
